Farideh Sadeghi

My being very busy with my medical profession did not leave me much time for discovering art, but I grew up in an environment where many of my family members exercised their creativity through painting, craftsmanship, beading, and gardening. Their talents are the source of my inspiration. Three years ago, while reflecting on what I would pursue during my retirement, I realized that painting wildflowers would be very exciting and fulfilling. So, that day, I enrolled myself in my sister’s (Firouzeh’s) watercolor class and ever since, painting has been very rewarding and joyful. I am yet to master the ability of creating beautiful paintings of wildflowers, but I have created that possibility for myself.
